Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, submitting false or automated form entries, introducing malicious code, or using the site in violation of any law.
Quotes and estimates
Information on this site is provided for general reference. Pricing, availability, timelines, and scope are confirmed only in a written estimate issued by Level Up Lighting LLC. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee pricing, or reserve an installation date. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and may be adjusted if the scope, roofline, access, or product selection changes.
Scheduling, weather, and seasonal work
Holiday lighting installation and takedown dates are scheduled on a first-come basis and may shift due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate changes as early as we can. Deposits, cancellation windows, and takedown terms are set out in your signed agreement.
Warranty
Warranty coverage referenced on this site applies to workmanship and to products we supply on installations performed by our team, subject to the terms in your signed agreement. Coverage excludes damage from severe weather events, third-party work, roof or gutter modifications, animals, power surges, tampering, and normal wear of consumable components. Warranty service must be requested from us directly.
Content, photography, and trademarks
All text, imagery, layout, and marks on this site are the property of Level Up Lighting LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without written permission. Project photographs depict our own completed work; results vary by home, roofline, and product selection.
Third-party links and embeds
This site links to and embeds third-party content, including our Google reviews widget and social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Lighting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits the obligations in a signed service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
